Refund policy
At Chrono Customs, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange a product, please review our return policy outlined below.
1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items (upon receipt):
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will arrange a return and either offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
2. Return for Exchange:
If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees (if it is not a matter of quality issue), but the new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
The watch must be in its original packaging, with all protective films and plastics still attached, and in brand-new, without any signs of wear or use.
Once the protective films have been removed, the watch cannot be returned or exchanged, as it can no longer be resold as new.
