Every Chrono Customs timepiece is made to order and assembled by hand. Because of this, please allow 7–15 business days from the date of purchase for your watch to be crafted, quality-checked, and shipped. Delivery timelines depend on whether all parts are currently in stock — custom orders or high-demand configurations may require additional time.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team begins sourcing and assembling your watch. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.
Estimated timeline:
Assembly: 3–7 business days
Shipping: 4–8 business days
Total: 7–15 business days
Custom or modified orders may require an additional 3–5 business days.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. All international orders include prepaid customs duties, import taxes, and fees. You will not be charged anything additional upon delivery — the price at checkout is the final price.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You can use it to monitor your order at any time.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to carrier limitations, we may be unable to ship to certain countries. If checkout and payment are successful, it confirms that we can deliver to your location.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at chronocustoms@proton.me. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Changes to Your Order
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address or order details. Please double-check your information before completing your purchase.
